I am going to give you guys a few easy dessert recipes that are very delicious! Hope you like them!

The first thing we will make is meringues.

Ingrediants:

• 3 egg whites
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 Tsp vanilla

Directions:

• Preheat the oven to 225 degrees
• In a medium bowl, beat egg whites on low until foamy and then beat on high until you can make firm peaks
• Beat the sugar in 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well between each addition
• Beat in the vanilla
• Pipe the meringue onto a foil-lined baking sheet
• Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until firm
• Let cool and... enjoy!

Another thing I love is this amazing, and easy, caramel sauce.

Ingrediants:

• 1 cup (200 grams) light brown sugar, packed
• 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
• 1/2 cup half and half (or use equal parts heavy cream and milk)
• 1 Tbsp real vanilla extract

Directions:

• Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat, whisking constantly or until thickened and no longer watery (6-9 minutes)
• Keep in mind it thickens more as it cools. Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled with refrigeration
• Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 2 weeks. You can warm it slightly to make it more drizzle-able
