I am going to give you guys a few easy dessert recipes that are very delicious! Hope you like them!

The first thing we will make is meringues.
Ingrediants:
- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees
- In a medium bowl, beat egg whites on low until foamy and then beat on high until you can make firm peaks
- Beat the sugar in 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well between each addition
- Beat in the vanilla
- Pipe the meringue onto a foil-lined baking sheet
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until firm
- Let cool and... enjoy!
Another thing I love is this amazing, and easy, caramel sauce.
Ingrediants:
- 1 cup (200 grams) light brown sugar, packed
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1/2 cup half and half (or use equal parts heavy cream and milk)
- 1 Tbsp real vanilla extract
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat, whisking constantly or until thickened and no longer watery (6-9 minutes)
- Keep in mind it thickens more as it cools. Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled with refrigeration
- Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 2 weeks. You can warm it slightly to make it more drizzle-able
